Restlon Dealer is a robust B2B internal operations platform engineered for Restlon Comforts to digitize their dealer-distributor network. Our agency developed a centralized management ecosystem that streamlines the entire sales lifecycle from salesperson field activity to dealer stock approval ensuring high operational efficiency and real-time inventory visibility.

Engineering Strategy: Secure Internal Workflows

The technical challenge was to build a hierarchical system that maintains strict data silos while allowing for fluid communication between different organizational levels.

  • Multi-Tiered Account Management: We engineered a sophisticated Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) system, allowing dealers to create, manage, and monitor dedicated salesperson accounts with specific permission sets.

  • Real-Time Inventory Intelligence: Developed a seamless stock management module that provides dealers with an instant view of available inventory, reducing the risk of over-selling and improving order fulfillment rates.

  • Transactional Approval Pipeline: Built an automated sales request workflow where field sales data is transmitted instantly to dealers for review and approval, ensuring high accuracy in sales tracking.

  • Synchronized Communication Engine: Implemented a real-time update system to keep the dealer network informed of order statuses, stock changes, and sales approvals, eliminating the need for manual follow-ups.

  • Enterprise Stability: Since the latest 3.0.5 update, the app has been optimized for high reliability in professional environments, supporting Android 7.0+ to ensure wide compatibility across various field devices.
