Duxbe Business is a high-performance, all-in-one operational ecosystem designed to digitize small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Our agency engineered this platform to serve as a strategic foundation for business growth, integrating Point of Sale (POS), inventory intelligence, and financial reporting into a single mobile command center. With 10,000+ downloads, it stands as a testament to our ability to build scalable, mission-critical business tools.

Engineering Strategy: Versatile Enterprise Architecture

The technical challenge was to build a system flexible enough to handle the distinct workflows of retail stores, service businesses, and high-volume cafes.

  • Hybrid Industry Logic:
    We developed specialized modules for different sectors. For Restaurants & Cafes, we built a table-based ordering system and digital menus; for Retail, we focused on high-speed POS billing and SKU-level inventory tracking.

  • Real-Time Financial Orchestration:
    Engineered an "Instant Dashboard" that aggregates daily sales, revenue, expenses, and tax data in real-time. This provides business owners with immediate, actionable insights into their operational health.

  • Full-Stack Billing & Invoicing:

    Developed a comprehensive paperless invoicing system, including professional quotations, payment recording, and automated credit note generation for returns.

  • Smarter Inventory Intelligence:
    Built a multi-category stock management engine that tracks units, brands, and categories, complete with automated "Low Stock" alerts to prevent operational downtime.

  • Monetization & Scalability: Successfully implemented a tiered In-App Purchase (IAP) model, ranging from individual features to enterprise-level subscriptions, allowing the product to scale with its user base.
